New Patients















Once we have assembled all the necessary information, Dr. Weinfield or Dr. Wagner will discuss your oral health, diagnose any issues, and work closely with you to create an individualized treatment plan designed to get your smile and oral health into great shape. Our office coordinator will review our office policies with you and our dental team will answer any questions you may have


Younger patients will receive a complete examination, a routine cleaning with flouride, and any necessary x-rays taken. Our dental team will teach them how to prevent cavities and properly care for their teeth at home

Payment & Office Policies


We accept cash, checks, credit cards and offer NO INTEREST dental financing options. We are happy to process any dental benefit paperwork for you.


Weinfield Dental Group is an out of network insurance provider. As a courtesy, we will file all dental claims behalf of our patients. When filing the claims on your behalf, we would like to make you aware of the following:


  • Any benefit received for treatment may be processed by the insurance company at a reduced, or "out of network" rate. You will be responsible for the full fees for the treatment provided.

  • After 90 days of non-payment from an insurance company, regardless of reason, the patient becomes responsible for the full billed amount and payment will be requested. 

  • Our fees are based on the treatment plan as presented by the doctor. The type of treatment you receive from us is based upon our professional judgement. 

  • We do not file claims to medical carriers. You are welcome to file the claim with your medical carrier and we will provide you with any of the information you may need.

  • We will submit a treatment plan for pre-approval to the insurance company. However, the financial obligation for the dental treatment is between you and the Weinfield Dental Group, not between the insurance company and the dental practice. 

  • We are not licensed to file claims with Medicare. Claims will need to be submitted by the patient.

Your initial appointment begins with a review of your medical and dental history and a discussion about your specific wants and needs. It includes an oral examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take digital x-rays for proper diagnosis of interproximal decay and any diseases in the bones. Your periodontal examination may lead to a routine cleaning depending on your overall dental health.
